Today it was back to the grind, after all, I get two days off on Sunday and Monday so I pushed myself with the help of my boy Aaron. The Capital Crescent Trail is where we headed for the day. When the two of us ride, we make it part social and part work out by riding to a halfway point, grabbing a bite to eat and finally heading back to our starting point.

This was a 34 miler that was well spent, so many things to see and do. It's cool to "go it solo", but it's even better if you can get a buddy to go along with you from time to time, it just seems to make the workout go smoother if only for a day or so. Now I can sit back and relax for the next two days and prepare for my next big ride on Tuesday. I love my life...
